Virtual Assistant

Description: We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our growing client base and team. As a Virtual Assistant Intern, you will provide administrative and clerical support to our team. Your day-to-day tasks may include handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing files, conducting research, and assisting with project management. Key Responsibilities::

Provide exceptional support to clients via email, phone, and other communication channels.
Manage and organize client information and project details.
Assist in drafting and sending emails to prospects.
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining records.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
